Throughout my life I have always been inspired by the French (I guess I inherited that from my Grandma, and of course wonderful summer's spent in the romantic french countryside) whether it was my previous business of selling chic French furniture and Decor to the little Jewelry store I have today. Shipping details

Your beautifully wrapped purchase will be shipped within 48 hours of your full payment by US mail. Estimated shipping times are 3-8 business days to USA and Canada.

For an additional cost, I can overnight your package. The cost of that service is dependent on the weight of your package and size. Please email me if this is a service you are interested in and I will quote the approximate rate.

If you have any concerns about the safety of your package, please contact me in MESSAGE TO SELLER and I will send you the cost to insure your package or get a signature on delivery through the USPS. Please note that I cannot be held responsible for lost packages that are not insured.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: I am unable to obtain a delivery confirmation through USPS, neither can I insure your package. So unfortunately, I am unable to track your package. USPS general delivery information is 5-10 days for International Delivery, however, it may take longer. IMPORTANT: on the declarations form, legally the actual cost of your item is required to be declared on this form. Any customs or import tax if due, will need to be paid my yourself on arrival. Although not set on my sales screen I do offer combined shipping rates, as they are based on the weight/size of the package ~ please contact me before ordering an I will quote you the combined price to ship your total order.

Refunds, returns & exchanges

I adore all of the pieces that I have in my little store and there is nothing more I want than you to be happy with your purchase. If you aren't happy with your order, please contact me within 3 days of receipt and I will do everything possible to correct the situation.

I can not be help responsible if your item does not make it in time, although I do offer both Priority mail and Priority mail express. Once the parcel leaves me it is down to USPS to work their magic. Please note that deliveries will take longer before and during holiday times Christmas/Valentines Day/Mothers/Easter Day/Thanksgiving etc , so please ensure you allow extra time when you order.
Please keep in mind that the actual delivery of your jewelry is up to USPS so I can never guarantee delivery by a specific date. That being said, I do all I can to get items made and shipped within 48 hours of payment. Visit my shop introduction for further information on processing times.

I accept returns for all my VINTAGE Jewelry, but since all my other pieces are made to order and are personal wear items all sales are final. So please bare that in mind when purchasing, double check the product description along with the information you provide as these are NONE RETURNABLE as they have been made to your custom specifications.

Please return the vintage item in its original packaging within 3 days of receipt of your order. As soon as I receive the original item (without any damage) I will credit the amount to your account less the actual amount of shipping or send a replacement (depending on the situation). Please note shipping is not refundable for Returns.
